What this is — and what it isn't: Automated and modelled — produced by our software from national datasets, not measured at your property. No site visit and no individual human review of your report. Every report states its uncertainty range. Figures are estimates within that range. Not suitable as the sole or primary evidence for a planning application or appeal, legal proceedings, an insurance claim, or anything else needing a precise measured level. In a purchase or price negotiation it is supporting context for your own decision — not a valuation, and not a measured figure the other side has to accept.

Buying more than one report?
A Trade Licence is built for agents, surveyors, conveyancers and portfolio buyers ordering repeatedly — self-serve: commit to a monthly volume for 12 months and every report is 5–25% off its list price, with your own branding as an optional per-report extra. Unlimited users; no per-seat charge. The 12% and 25% bands are subject to a quick business check before they apply; until then reports are charged at 5%.
Building a platform, portal or survey tool that needs to call AcoustaPLOT directly — a platform API integration — is handled separately and by arrangement rather than through self-serve signup, so it can be scoped properly before it goes live.
Do I have to sign up for a Trade Licence to check a batch of addresses?
No -- a one-off bulk batch is also available to buy directly, with no subscription: see our “bulk address checking” page for the £12/£8/£5-per-address rates and to run a batch now. A Trade Licence is for ordering full reports regularly at trade prices, but it isn't required just to check one portfolio.
What do “white label” and “API” actually mean here?
White label means your reports go out under your own branding instead of AcoustaPLOT's -- an optional extra on a Trade Licence, charged per branded report. API access (scoped individually) means a platform, portal or survey tool you run can call AcoustaPLOT directly, rather than someone placing each order by hand.
Is there a limit on how many reports I can order on a Trade Licence?
No -- there's no monthly allowance to run out of. Every report you order is charged at its list price less your commitment band's discount, however many you order. For volume well beyond the top band, talk to us.
Is API access something I can just sign up for?
No -- unlike a Trade Licence, which is self-serve, API access is set up by arrangement, so the integration can be scoped properly before it goes live.
I'm building a platform or portal, not placing individual orders -- is there a different route?
Yes -- that's a platform API integration rather than a Trade Licence. It's handled separately and by arrangement: talk to us and we'll scope it rather than sell you something that isn't ready yet.
