Pay per batch — data only
Charged once, up front, for the whole batch — not metered, not subscribed. A 200-address portfolio costs £1,000 at the 100+ rate; the same 200 addresses bought one at a time as individual Screening reports would cost £6,998. The embeddable-section and full-report output levels cost more per address (see the tool below) — never more than the £34.99 single-report retail price, however large the batch.

A batch within your remaining allowance needs no payment at all; a batch larger than what’s left that month is simply charged at the standard per-batch rate above, and your allowance carries forward for a smaller batch later. A calculated result for the specific address, not a postcode-level estimate
Several providers sell a bare noise-band lookup by API for a few pence per call — a quick screen, but a generic figure for the general area, not a calculation against the specific road, railway and geometry in front of that address. AcoustaPLOT runs the same ISO 9613-2 engine behind every paid report across your whole batch: each row is a real modelled result for that address, with a dominant source named, not just a band. If a property later needs more than a screening-level answer — a barrier design, a full report your customer can rely on — it's the same engine and the same data, just a deeper product; a bare lookup has nowhere further to go.
A metered API for survey tools and portals
If you run a survey platform, conveyancing portal, or PropTech product and want to call AcoustaPLOT directly rather than uploading CSVs by hand, a metered API is available — charged per successful assessment, set up by arrangement so the integration is scoped properly before it goes live. A location we can't assess costs you nothing; a genuine result is what you're paying for.
Bulk, white-label & API
Do I have to sign up for a Trade Licence to check a batch of addresses?
No -- a one-off bulk batch is also available to buy directly, with no subscription: see our “bulk address checking” page for the £12/£8/£5-per-address rates and to run a batch now. A Trade Licence plan is a better deal if you're checking addresses regularly, but it isn't required just to check one portfolio.
What do “white label” and “API” actually mean here?
White label means your reports go out under your own branding instead of AcoustaPLOT's -- available from the Medium plan up. API access (Large plan, scoped individually) means a platform, portal or survey tool you run can call AcoustaPLOT directly, rather than someone placing each order by hand.
Can I get more reports than my plan's monthly allowance?
Yes, on every plan -- reports beyond your allowance are charged at the consumer price plus a trade premium. For volume well beyond that, talk to us and we'll scope a rate against your actual numbers.
Is API access something I can just sign up for?
No -- unlike the Small and Medium plans, the Large plan (White label + API) is set up by arrangement rather than through self-serve checkout, so the integration can be scoped properly before it goes live.
I'm building a platform or portal, not placing individual orders -- is there a different route?
Yes -- that's a platform API integration rather than a Trade Licence plan. It's handled separately and by arrangement: talk to us and we'll scope it rather than sell you something that isn't ready yet.
