Offer your clients a noise check
Buyers often ask about the road, the railway or the flight path only after they have fallen for a house. If you advise people who are buying or building, you can put a free noise-check box on your own website, or share a link that opens the check. AcoustaPLOT results are modelled, not measured, and the address check covers England only.
1. A postcode box for your website
Paste these two lines into a page on your site. Nothing is sent to AcoustaPLOT until a visitor presses Check, and then the check opens in a new tab. Put your firm name in data-partner so we can see how many visits came from you.
<div data-acoustaplot-postcode data-partner="your-firm-name"></div>
<script async src="https://noise.acoustaplot.com/embed/postcode-check.js"></script>You can see the box working here.
2. A link for emails, leaflets and QR codes
Add your firm name after utm_source= to make a link that is counted as yours:
https://noise.acoustaplot.com/check?utm_source=your-firm-name&utm_medium=partnerAny free QR code generator will turn that link into a code for a leaflet, window card or email signature. A postcode can be added too: ?q=BH21+4XY fills the box for the visitor, who still presses Check themselves.
What it is, and what it is not
- It is a first look at road and rail noise from public noise maps and traffic counts, combined in a model.
- It is not a measured survey, and it does not replace a visit at different times of day.
- The box and link are free to use. We have not set any fee or commission for partners.
